Description

Crystalline silica training for workers and supervisors who are exposed to or process crystalline silica substances.


Covers the health effects of respirable crystalline silica, identifying crystalline silica substances and reading Safety Data Sheets, the legal duties across all Australian states and territories, workplace exposure standards; air and health monitoring, assessing whether processing is high risk, controlling the risk; respiratory protective equipment and silica risk control plans.


Approximately 2 hours including assessment.
